Refund policy

We want you to love your gear. If you're not satisfied, you can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How returns work

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
• Contact us at yj2025sports@gmail.com with your order number to start a return.
• Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, items that have been used (e.g. massage tools that have contacted skin) may not be eligible for return unless defective. We'll always work with you to make it right.
